First time here and I liked it. Pizza was very good

RecommendedMy family and I have been to several Pat's in the last year and Auburn is by far the best. We always recieve amazing service and the food is always cooked perfectly. One server in particular remembers us everytime we come in and what our usual order is! Makayla you rock! (sorry if I misspelled it!)
We just had food from here tonight... the person who took my phone order was very rude and hung up on me. When I got my onion rings they looked delicios until I flipped them over and they were ALL burnt... right along with the VERY overcooked pizza. It was definitely not as good as I've heard. Ridiculous.
Last time we go to pats! A large fry equivalent to a McDonald's small and a couple well over cooked pizzas. Very poor quality control and quite frankly an embarrassment on pats behalf. Thanks for making the night very poor. Cheese is so burnt it's hard to chew. I wouldn't feed this crap to my dog!
