Steady downfall in Pat's Pizza over the years. Used to love taking my daughter for lunch dates...not so much anymore. Extremely disappointed in the "baked ziti" I got today. Certainly wasn't baked and when I brought this to the attention of my server I was advised the only difference between ziti and baked ziti is cheese...apparently that word "baked" isn't a clue on how the meal should be prepared.

The food & service is good but not good for handicapped people. You have to eat upstairs & you have to be able to climb the stairs & they are narrow winding stairs!
