Best and biggest chicken livers I've ever had. Sides are delicious. Cool Awnings on building!!
The one and only time I have dined here my blood sugar dropped so low I almost passed out. I had requested my meal or ANYTHING to be brought out as soon as possible so I could get it to level out. Instead it was brought out 45 minutes later with everyone else’s as I was shaking and having trouble speaking. The owner only offered an apology. This is not southern hospitality! I will never dine here again.

first time here and I was very impressed!! great food and great atmosphere. felt like I was a regular here. if you haven't tried their braised shrimp or soft crab sandwich, it's a must!
EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious! I live in Rome and have family in Cedar bluff so when I'm visiting Pat's is a must have!
I love going there with my family when visiting from Texas! The food is delicious and the cobbler is to die for! I can’t wait to go back!
