Pat’s is a modern twist on an old school diner. They keep the core elements of an old school diner; American comfort food, rustic charm, and relaxed vibes. What impressed me most beyond the gorgeous design and decor was the food. Absolutely incredible. My wife ordered something with a biscuit and the biscuit was mind blowing. Buttery, soft, house made. I’ve never had a biscuit like it in my life.
Immaculate vibes, immaculate food (diner fare and legendary Korean fried chicken). Just the best.
If you have a bad experience, be it with the food or with the staff, it will be memorably bad.
I’d say skip this spot. I’ve never paid so much for an ok sandwich fries and drink. The food is fine, just SHOCKING costs. $9 fries add on will get you literally 5 fries.
