This was my first time in the store… was looking for something for the plumbing area when the cashier didn’t really help me at all. I found what I needed and head to check out. He checked me out and told me my total.. I hand him the money and change in his hands.. he took a long time to count it with it being just twenty dollar bill and three coins… when it was time for him to give me my change back he put it on the counter. Rude and unprofessional, closed early on a Saturday and refused to sell merchandise out of the lumber yard with twenty minutes to closing. Really make it hard to support your local businesses with this type of service
will never be back. It's not very often I shop here for what I need for my projects but the last time I did, this was not like all the other times. this was my first time picking up various nuts and bolts from them, so I was not aware I had to write the item numbers, so I had to wait for them to figure it out. whatever, that's my bad. before that, I went to the lumber desk to acquire a 2X4 and the two guys were just acting weird to the point where there was a miscommunication as I asked for 12 feet and somehow, I was rung up... read more
