The technician on the initial service call was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful on explaining the problem with our air conditioner. The removal and replacement of the air conditioner was done in a timely manner by professional technicians. Pat also gave us a welcoming gift for initially using their service. Justin came to our house to look at our current setup and then gave us a good explanation of our replacement options and how the new HVAC equipment differed from our existing 1970s era equipment. The proposal we received detailed the options and pricing as well as the available Focus on Energy rebates available. We also asked them to price WiFi thermostats and we now have our first items for a "Smart Home". Our house’s heating / ventilation system is a non-standard setup without A/C. We had contacted several other heating and cooling companies to come up with a solution to retrofit A/C into our home. I would definitely recommend Pat's Heating and Air Conditioning. They came to our rescue during the June/July 2012 heat wave. After our 26 year old air conditioning unit died, we worked with Pat's to install a new furnace and air conditioner.
