This place was really inviting and helpful. They have more than one changing room. The staff was beyond friendly and nice to my whole group that came in. Though I didn’t end up going with a dress they had, they had a lot of very pretty choices. I’m glad I got to experience their shop.
Picked up my dress the day before 4/25, so stressed out because I didn’t get any guarantee that it would be tailored by the day of my event. Paid extra to have it tailored and ready to go lol. They didn’t go through the alterations with me just tried it back on and said you lost weight since 4/12. Also, I stated the dress needed to go not with the price tag still on. Recently engaged and went here to look at wedding dresses as I bought a dress for a party in high school from here and remembered they had a lot of variety. The younger of the 2 employees was very kind and offered me a veil and headband with a dress I tried on. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The other employee was helpful in some ways as well, but there were multiple comments called across the shop about my size and "wideness" in some parts of my body that made me uncomfortable and self-conscious. Was an amazing experience! Everyone was really kind and helped me so much. I usually hate trying on dresses, but they made it a lot more fun and even gave the nicest smiles. Prices are extremely fair, too!
