Pat’s was great for garage assistance. I called for someone to assist me and the young lady said someone would be out next week but she would help me trouble shoot in 3 mins I was back working!!
What do you want when your garage door is acting up? Quick communications from the vendor, a fast response by a repair person to address the problem, immediate repairs and a fair price! Call Pat's! I have relied on them for years and they have never disappointed me!
Unbelievable service! Used their “contact us” form online Saturday expecting to get a call Tuesday (it was Labor Day weekend) but they called Sunday asking if it was an emergency. I told them it wasn’t and they still offered to come on Sunday! I told them Tuesday or Wednesday would be fine. John shows up Wednesday morning, fixed the cables (I broke trying to fix), cleaned the tracks and now it’s working great! First class company in my opinion plus great guys that come to the house to do the work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Pat is wonderful!!! She helped walk me through the issue over the phone and we got the garage door open without even needing a service person come out! My grandmother is 90 years old, and on a fixed income, so this was a tremendous help! Bless pat's garage door and repair, they are so wonderful, and I can see why they have such good reviews!
