Horrible horrible experience. I called and confirmed an appointment for 12:30 on a Thursday, the Store apparently opens at 12 Thursdays. I showed up on time, rang the bell and call several time, no answer. I even waited til 1 and no one showed. It’s extremely unprofessional especially when the lady on the phone told me not to be late. I don’t know how someone conducts business this way. Do yourself a favor, don’t shop there.

If you are a month late picking up your dress they charge you $20.00 dollards extra. Is a ripe off. That's how they make there extra money. DO NOT do business with them.

RecommendedPat's Bridals is a wonderful boutique type store with hundreds of designer dresses. My husband and I found the perfect dresses four our bridesmaids. They all looked stunning! Everyone at the store is very attentive, nice, friendly and very personable. We are both so happy with their services! Thank you so much Pat's Bridals!
