Absolutely the BEST body shop & towing in the area. Worked on my cars several times and looked like new afterwards. Very friendly owner & staff that will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
If you were unable to join the many great people at Pat's Body Shop & Towing today you miss a great time. Many Classic Cars, lot's of Corvette's and they had the 1st annual drag race at the shop. Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? Such an awesome experience. From the very beginning, every one was so friendly & very helpful. Getting a quote for damage on my vehicle was very simple and accurate. Matt was wonderful about keeping in contact with me/updating me throughout the process from: finding parts, making sure the paint job was done how I expected and following up with me to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend Pat's Body Shop. I will not go anywhere else if I need body work done in the future!
I had to deal with an awful insurance company that left me in limbo with a rental for a week. Pat's saved the day by letting me use their loner & took excellent care of my car to get it fixed in a timely manner. Everyone was super helpful & understanding. They even let me leave my rental & took care of getting it returned so I didn't have to. Outstanding service & quality!!! Thanks, y'all! �
I could not have asked for no more nicer, caring and friendly body shop to work with. On our way to GA for my daughter to attend a showcase softball tournament and we had a flat tire. It was just the two of us so I was lost and frightened! The tow guy, Jason was fast to get to me and got my mind off of our situation. Matt was absolutely awesome with finding not 1 but 2 tires at a very inexpensive rate. He was very caring and wanted us to be safe. I would highly recommend Pat's Body Shop!
Great experience..took my truck there for a simple fix..left and had a separate issue on way home..they towed back to shop and fixed issue with no charge to make sure I was happy with service, got where I needed to go, and genuinely cared about my well being and the well being of my truck..staff went out of their way to help me and talk to me and even gave advice without seeming rushed..even had a mechanic meet me at another location with truck to make my arrangements easier..would definately recommend!
As long as I can remember Pat's Body Shop has been located on Country Club Rd. They not only offer superior customer service, I noticed that the employees are happy to be there. They offer body repair, auto repair, towing, an detailing. I would highly recommend this shop.
