We live in Du Quoin and go to Pat's quite often. It is the best BBQ around! Great staff too! I would recommend Pat's BBQ without hesitation.
This is our go to place for BBQ. We look forward to eating here, whenever possible.

Amazing food, people and atmosphere. I recommend to anyone that hasn't eaten there needs to go.
Great food & at a great price! Had a small hiccup when trying to find the place. Directions took us to river rock road, which is not correct. Also keep in mind when you visit that it's cash or check, no credit.
