I have Celiac and can not have gluten. I got the supreme nachos the other day, about three staff members gave me the full rundown of gluten in the restaurant. They took their time, they did not seem rushed or make me feel bad about asking so many questions and they thoroughly investigated each product. The nachos were phenomenal and I did not get sick.
