Pat is always so kind and quick to help. Very professional.
Pat was AWESOME! He had my dad and I from being stranded with a bad alternator, to back on the road in less than 24 hours. He was able to recommend a tow service, troubleshoot the problem, ordered the part, swapped it out and even picked us up the next morning. Thank you, Pat, for making a bad situation somewhat effortless on our part and for getting us home to our family.
Pat is a great person! He's not a great customer though.
