“Unfortunate experience at Pat’s Rad. Being a long-time customer you would expect to receive decent customer service when attempting to schedule in repair work, however, it is clear Pat’s does not have the same understanding of what customer service should entail. It is truly disappointing that a business would be offended by being asked to provide an approximate quote for potential work prior to scheduling in service.
