I had my Radiator replaced. Payed full price for a second rate radiator, it failed. They charged me again full price for the replacement. Then that second replacement failed but they were so kind as to replace it no charge. Now that is good customer service. Unfortunately a few days after that my engine overheated and died and I junked the car. Does Pats Rad engage in Astroturfing? No, these reviews must be genuine!
