The issue arose because the old unit was too small for the space, and the new installation was completed in about five hours with careful attention to fitting within existing ductwork. After last year's maintenance left the A/C less reliable than I expected, this time the technician efficiently cleaned out the filters and identified a minor wiring issue in about an hour. While everything seems to be functioning better now, it would have been helpful if they carried a wider range of spare parts so I didn't have to wait for a replacement capacitor.

The quoted price included a detailed cleaning of all vents, and the technician wrapped up in about two hours. He explained that debris accumulation had partially blocked airflow, and I appreciated that he took the time to show me how to manage basic maintenance going forward.
