I had a great experience here. Patrizio Batelli himself greeted me when I arrived and offered me something to drink, which was such a nice touch. Kristina did an amazing job on my haircut and blow dry. She really took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the result was perfect. She was efficient, detail oriented, and so pleasant to be around. I’m honestly so happy with my hair that I won’t be going back to Tricoci. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Kristina!
Patrizio is the best! I went to him for a cut and dye and he truly went above and beyond. Curly hair approved! His staff is so nice and the salon is so clean and stylish too. I will definitely be coming back here! P.s. they provide delicious complimentary cookies ☺️
I absolutely love Patrick and his staff! The appointments always begin with an in depth consultation, and Patrick really takes the time to align on the service and ensure he understands exactly what you want. Not only that, but the seasonal decor in the salon and the lovely staff are always a treat. Highly recommend this high end salon experience in the heart of downtown Oak Park!

Are you open? It's Thursday afternoon and all indications online are yes, and yet the door is locked. So I can't return the faulty mouse (it just oozes liquid down the side of the bottle) you sold my wife. Will try to get her to go elsewhere.
