Visited on Thursday and overall had a good experience . The restaurant was busy. My only criticism is regarding one of the male servers. As someone with family in the restaurant industry, I know presentation is an important part of the industry . The restaurant itself is beautiful, so it was surprising to see the male server who looked quite unkempt. Patrizia’s Waterfront is definitely a place you need to visit! They have done such a beautiful job with the restaurant—the waterfront views are stunning, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. There was something for everyone in our group, and the kids loved it too. Some of our favorites were the branzino, Chilean sea bass, lobster ravioli, and the truffle cacio e pepe. Parking is hard here. Then the A/C was not working properly. Would’ve had a better time if we weren’t sweating through our dinner.
I dined there June 27. I valet parked. When the valet brought the vehicle back, stopped, put the car in park, a passenger opened the door and the valet driver inexplicably backed up, smashing the open door into the column. He wouldn't stop, even with everyone yelling at him! The restaurant nor Montro Valet chooses to take ANY responsibility. Why would anyone choose to eat at a place that would be so inconsiderate of their customers? Food was okay.
