Patriza was there when I brought my home and every step of the way when I sold it. She is the best at what she does she does. I can assure you there is no other realtor you’ll need on both ends. Verified 💪🏾.

I cannot recommend Patrizia enough. She truly is the best. Excellent and outstanding work. She went beyond her duties as my agent to make sure that my closing went smooth and that I got the house of my dreams. She’s very knowledgeable and always helpful even after closing. I would never buy a home without Patrizia and I am so thankful to have her as my agent when buying a home. Patrizia I cannot thank you enough for all that you did during and after this process and having my dream home in Florida was truly possible with all... read more

Patrizia was very professional and knowledgeable. She met directly with us for the sale of my dad’s home after his death. She showed compassion, explained everything very clearly and was very successful in the sale in a very appropriate time frame. Since my brother and I live out of state, she communicated frequently with updates and need for documentation through emails, text and phone calls. I give her a strong recommendation for anyone dealing with selling a home after the death of a loved one.

We first met with Patrizia on Friday April 10th and signed the contract to sell our house. Patrizia is very thorough in laying out how she is going to market and sell the house. We were very confident that she was the right person to get the job done. She provides weekly updates on the number of views and visits. The house was under contract 2 weeks later and it closed in 30 days.

Patrizia isn't just a realtor, she is an advocate, a problem solver, and a real friend. I cannot say enough about how much she put into helping get our dream home here in Winter Springs. She is extremely knowledgable about not only the area and the market, but also about the whole home buying process and also brings with her a huge arsenal of vendors for all kinds of things related to home buying and also home upgrades and services. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a home!
