Patrizia was very professional and knowledgeable. She met directly with us for the sale of my dad’s home after his death. She showed compassion, explained everything very clearly and was very successful in the sale in a very appropriate time frame. Since my brother and I live out of state, she communicated frequently with updates and need for documentation through emails, text and phone calls. We first met with Patrizia on Friday April 10th and signed the contract to sell our house. Patrizia is very thorough in laying out how she is going to market and sell the house. We were very confident that she was the right person to get the job done. She provides weekly updates on the number of views and visits. The house was under contract 2 weeks later and it closed in 30 days.
