Not a current or former resident, but dropping a humble little review to shine on Nate (who is also a community manager). We had a great experience with the leasing office - we were able to be scheduled for a viewing the next day after calling, and the office was clean and well decorated. Nate was super kind and hospitable, and just a lovely person. Need a new system for package delivery. Packages scattered everywhere and all over the floor in that first entryway, not even behind the luxer room locked door. I come in looking for my package and can’t find it. Someone could very easily have stolen it because the packages aren’t locked away. It’s so messy and the system is unorganized. I don’t feel comfortable receiving packages here.
I am moving after 2 years at PP (mainly because Im not an apt living kind of guy). It's a great place for families. The Facilities crew is top notch. I would like to see more customer-centric policies from corporate but also more policy reinforcement on-site. The repetitive emails have lost their impact. I believe it would help in some areas that need improvement, yet theyre also just typical community issues youd see anywhere. Its a great landing pad in the heart of Hillsborough.
