2 months here. Small issues taken care of promptly. Staff is amazing
My family and I just moved in very recently, and we've been extremely pleased with Patriots Pointe so far. Here are some things we've noticed in our short time here (as of 06/30/2025): - Leasing office is very responsive. We toured with Nate and had a great experience with him. Online application was smooth and someone from the office is always available to help with the process. Retracting my previous 5 star review. Huge issue with the water bill (split amongst everyone in your building), we've put in numerous requests for maintenance to where one of the toilets is not usable - currently have it stabilized using a book... Most likely will not be renewing the lease. The playground and pool do not make up for the shortcomings. I will say, Nate and Mike are very nice.
