This maintenance man shows his arrogance. Right before this video he had gotten up in the officers face when the officer had asked for his ID. He came bounding out of his house towards him. You can hear the officer tell him not to ever get in his face like that again. A police report was filed. I'm so grateful for the officer, he was the first person to help in this situation. 5 stars for the 2 folks that work in the office. They made a tricky rental application process a breeze for me. When I have questions or needs they are addressed immediately. They are funny, helpful, responsive, and just generally nice!
We applied to live here in September and with a days notice michael gave us a walk through. We loved it so we decided to apply. We moved in in October and it has been the best experience. Within the first month the unit next to us had a leak in the water heater and they immediately came to address and had it fixed right away. If we ever have a question or issue a quick call to Michael or Cindy and it’s resolved. We have never had a more thorough office staff and maintenance people with anywhere we have lived. Lived here gave them 6 months to get rid of a rat infestation. They failed. Got a certified letter sent that was confirmed delivered. According to my lease they are supposed to let you out of the lease if they fail to do repairs and provide a safe habitat living space. But now I see they sent me to collections. I will definitely contact an attorney
