This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Management does not return phone calls or emails, and maintenance requests are continuously ignored. There always seems to be an excuse instead of a solution. The air conditioning has not worked properly since before I moved in, and despite multiple requests, it still has not been repaired. Was here for 2 years It was pretty nice at first but it got bought by another property management group, and now... My car has been wrongfully towed twice I've had zero plumbing drainage in 4 months now. They've only spoken to me twice about it, both times they lied about maintenance actually coming by while I'm at work. They claimed they'd been trying to get in the apartment every day but my pets aren't put up, I have a camera, no one has been here. This is the worst place I have EVER lived and I’ve been in homeless shelters. First off management changes seemingly every other week ,and gets ruder every time, and second off most the time your neighbors aren’t too too much better. When the fist moved in it was great me and my wife had a few issues with some things but maintenance quickly came and fixed them but after that it was all down hill.
