Rude and overdramatic manager for bare minimal effort in the community. Don’t move here I went next door and had a very different and nicer experience. They even treat their vendors crazy

To young sailors and or anyone from the base looking for an apartment off base: do NOT move here! My spouse and I lived here for around four years even before he joined the Navy. Over four years, this property has had around three management companies. In our first couple of months staying here, I noticed some small issues. This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Management does not return phone calls or emails, and maintenance requests are continuously ignored. There always seems to be an excuse instead of a solution. The air conditioning has not worked properly since before I moved in, and despite multiple requests, it still has not been repaired.
