The management company changes often. They charge tenats extra fees when they do. Admin fees , “one time set up fees” , and a unknown water connection fee. Between june and august we got TWO new management all new staff and none of then can explain wth is going on and why are we paying so many unknow fees. I have heard from previous management that tge owner is terible to work with and now may have sold the place. Who knows. No transparency We never get a heads up. These apartments are garbage. they are very expensive for the poor service they give now. i personally am moving. since Cindy and her team left everything has been damaged. I have been, without air conditionig for 2 months and the bathtub is broken and no one can fix it. they don´t like our pets, and the manager is very hateful to the tenants, the owner of this messed up with these changes.
