Rude service from the male technician as soon as I walked in. Turned right around and left.
I went in on 6/28 and asked for french tips. I dont know what they didnt understand, but they gave me gel nails!! And still tried to charge me! Now i would be wrong if i say there was a language barrier, but they know french tip!!! The gel nail price was 30$!!!! Ill NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
Only giving 5 stars because of the ladies and for Vu that provided my pedicure! But Phil?!!! The most rude and unprofessional customer service. I walked in and Phil said NOTHING to me. No greeting or asking of service. A young lady walked in 5 min later he’s all “good morning! What do you need to day?!”…oh really? So no speaking to me or anything.
