Severely lacking in customer service. You walk in and no one greets you. Instead everyone stands around not knowing what to do until they finally ask what you’re there for. When you explain they respond with vague and unhelpful answers that leave you wondering what’s next. You have to ask them for the simplest things like an estimated timeframe for the fix, or will they call you when they find out what’s wrong with the car before proceeding. They always " hook me up "
Been using Patriot for many years usually with no issue. My son had new tires put on in Dec. 2024. When he went to take off the tires a few months later to check brake pads, one lug nut would not come off. He took the car back to Patriot to have tires rotated and car was given back to him with paperwork that the tires were rotated. Upon inspection, the tire was not rotated and the lug nut was still seized. He wound up trying to take off himself again and the lug bolt snapped this time. I could say a lot of positive things about this shop. I have brought at least five or six different vehicles here over the years, and I genuinely get the sense these guys are honest, and they are in business to help people get what they need.
