We had thermal controller installed from them in Nov 2020, they gave 5 year warranty. But when it gave issue in Jan 2020, they refused to come and repair. Asked us to call manufacturer. Very disappointing experience. Will not hire them for next job.
The team was excellent. Very kind, knowledgeable,and very informative. I will certainly use them again if I have the need.
I can't say enough about how quickly and professionally Tom and his team handles our water heater issue. Our old unit was leaking and need immediate attention. They provided a fast estimate and replaced our system with no delay. A+
Staff was extremely helpful explaining the different units. In the end, we did some research and went with Patriot. Great choice. Clean install and staff was great.
