Patriot Urgent Care is my go to place. I don’t go anywhere else unless I need an xray (and then I sob inside because I know the wait will be HOURS elsewhere). The staff here is always so friendly and they get us in, are attentive to our needs, and caring.
The atmosphere was friendly, pleasant and clean. There wasn't a long wait period. Everyone there were professional and helpful. I was a walk-in due to I couldn't get in contact with my PCP for 2 1/2 days. Yes, I will be changing that doctor.
This was my first visit and my experience was very good. There was no long wait. Everyone was very pleasant and professional from the front desk registration to the nurse to the doctor. The nurse and doctor were thorough and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend Patriot Care for a good quality of care.
In and out quickly as a walk in! Dr Goodman is amazing. Easy to talk to. Understands big picture. Considers in decisions human factors. Great bedside manor!! Front desk receptionist could use a disposition adjustment but overall this is my first choice for urgent care.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Goodman was wonderful; very pleasant bedside manner & very caring.
