Made an appt online then came 15 min early. When I got called back to the waiting room, I waited almost 2 hours. Total time was 2.5 hours. I stepped out to make sure they hadn't forgotten me. It didn't seem like they were that busy to me. I wish they had communicated that. When I got seen, it was quick and I appreciate that.
