I spent 60k on a truck and didn't get good customer service at all. Two of the trucks had check engine lights on when we test drove them and they only had about a dozen trucks to choose from. They wouldn't budge on the prices. I was given erroneous information about the required insurance forms that were needed we which cost me four days of back and fourth. We finally found a shop to get our truck worked on that we can trust! We own a freightliner and these guys beat the dealerships hands down. They replaced our front differential yoke seal, u-joint, and a couple other minor things in 24 hours. Honest, decent pricing, and quick turnaround on getting the truck fixed. There is cheap and there is affordable. These guys are affordable. They don't take 30 plus minutes to check you out either. I'm writing this review after about 3 months of owning a truck I bought from Patriot. They had a decent selection of "clean" trucks which is much appreciated since I had gone to several other dealers who don't seem to care about how clean the interior of a truck is before they try to sell it. My sales person was "TJ" and he very very helpful. TJ made sure my truck was ready for pickup as requested and also followed up with me a couple of months after the sale. The truck has been great and running strong.

I had an outstanding experience with these folks. I purchased a truck from another dealer, within two hours driving the truck I had seven fault codes. I given an engine derate warning and pulled into patriot. They treated me with respect and got to work right away helping me to diagnose the issue. Further I had my wife and three children with me and they were very kind about my family being there with me For two days while they fixed my truck and got us on the road again! This was the second time I have Bought a Truck I can say this was the best experience so far Teddy the Salesman at Patriot was great I will be back to get a second truck .
