Took my vehicle into this business due to my tire having a very low PSI. Was not busy when I arrived at the business. Made me wait for over 2 hours to examine my tire to see what the issue was. Once completed stated nothing with wrong with my tire and charged me $15.00 (which is misleading to their website that states free tire examination and free flat repair). "So no repair was made, then it would have just been an examination?" Took my vehicle to a credible car dealership that found a screw actually in the tire. The service tech at the Dealership stated that you can see the screw plain as day, said I was lucky that it didn't burst while I was driving. All patriot tire would have to do is take it off of the car to see it. Didn't have to remove the tire from the rim, unfortunately not repairable and had to buy a new tire (which I would have done at patriot tire) SO... Not only did the worker at patriot tire lie, or just didn't check, and say nothing was wrong with my tire they allowed me to drive away with screw in the tire. This has to be one of the most inconsiderate act and or most incompetent act or service I have ever dealt with and should ashamed that they turn away business potentially, and risking my life and or other lives who are on the road way.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! Either they don’t have a clue what they are doing or they straight up lie to you about your car! In our experience they did BOTH! It cost almost $4000. to repair the damage they did to our vehicle!! I’ve heard we aren’t the only ones!!

I went to the Fern Hill location to get tires for a car I am fixing up, as i am a Technician at a dealership, unlike the people at these quick lube places ( i.e. jiffy lube, patriot tire etc). it turned out the tires i received were not the correct size for the wheels on this vehicle, and i asked to return them. the counter person then accused me of only wanting my money back and refused me a refund, so now i am stuck with 4 useless tires. i do not know the name of the person on counter at this location but i was there between 4-5 pm on may 24th, and will be discouraging any customers and friends from buying tires from this location, as they almost completely screwed me on the deal

PATRIOT IS SORRY THE CUSTOMER FEELS THIS WAY.. AND PATRIOT IS A FULL SERVICE SHOP NOT A QUICK LUBE PLACE. PATRIOT STRIVES ON TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER , HIS WIFE CALLED AND ORDERED THE TIRES AND PATRIOT AT FERNHILL , HAS A NO REFUND ON CARRY OUT TIRES.. BUT IF THE TIRES ARE WRONG LIKE CUSTOMER IS SAYING , PATRIOT HAS NO PROBLEM SWITCHING OUT TO THE SIZE HE WANTS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE HE WANTS NOW...IF THE PRICE IN TIRE IS THE SAME THEN WILL BE A EVEN SWAP OUT , BUT IF HE GOES BIGGER OR DIFFERENT BRAND THEN THEY WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE.. PATRIOT HAS NO PROBLEM DOING THAT FOR THEM, AND WE EXPLAINED THAT TO THEM ..AND WE WOULD BE GLAD TO DO THAT FOR THEM.

3/20/17 I went to Patriot tire on Illinois road to get a loose tire with a nail fixed and my left front on the car had a screw in it. So we wrote it up to fix both, two hours later I left with repairs. My wife on 3/24/17 came in from the garage and said she still saw something in the tire. The same screw, size of a dime, was still in the tire. I took it back and asked how long to get it fixed, 30min wait and then 20 to fix, great. Three hours later I took it home and just thought I would take a look at the plug, screw was still there! Talk about incompetence, they said bring it back, I will never set foot in the place again and will forfeit my $15 as lesson learned. They said they fixed the front right even though twice it was written up front left!

We can't begin to say how awesome the people are at Patriot Tire!! Our livelihood depends on our Trolley! Larry is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Perry went above and beyond to make sure the best parts and tires were used. They made sure we would have it fixed as soon as possible to get it back on the road. Thank you Brian, Larry, Perry, and to the rest of the team! You Rock!!

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life! The owner Larry is the most rude individual I have ever met. They couldn't seem to do anything right (not even an alignment) and I had to go back 6 days in a row to get anything done. We were treated like dogs. None of them knew what was going on. The owner offered no apologies or compensation. The only one there that I would even trust to look at my SUV is Kasie. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Above and beyond in customer service. I broke down driving through Fort Wayne, and was lucky enough to be towed in here. Even though it was a Saturday after closing, the manager Kasie agreed to let my girlfriend and I wait inside for our ride (which took a few hours). I got a great price on the parts and labor I needed, and he made sure to explain exactly what I needed and what went wrong. This is a guy committed to taking care of people, and he'd be my go-to car guy, if I lived there.
