My mom, stepdad, husband and I were referred last year by our cousin. We tried this place out for our 2023 taxes, and my husband and I didn’t seem to have issues… at first. My mom and stepdad, however, were totally screwed over. Their taxes were done incorrectly; one of their W2s wasn’t even accounted for, and some other things were missed.
