Great gym! I’ve been here for just under a year and I have to say they have some of the best wrestling/grappling around! The owner and head coach Nick is a grappling encyclopedia. This family owned and operated gym not only understands the value of keeping families healthy and happy but they actually walk the walk! If you’re not only looking for a gym but a community this is the perfect fit whether for martial arts, fitness, or sports performance.

Tracey and Nick are Terrific ...They are helping me and my family to reach our strength and fitness goals..I would look forward every day for the classes...It is so much fun training outside . Thank You Tracey for doing so much to the community..You guys rock !!!

Patriot is not just a gym, it’s a community that pushes, encourages, and cares about one another. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and they truly believe in values Patriot puts forth. Being a member is like being a part of a family.

Patriot Sports & Fitness has been an incredible experience! We started going to the tween/teen circuits with coach Tracey and our children loved it and looked forward to go to them. It's a family friendly, and family owned place, they have classes that can suit anyone's needs. Our teen son goes to the MMA classes with coach Nick, he feels more confident and really enjoys being challenged.
