We had a double move from two different households into three separate units. Rob, the manager, was so accommodating and helpful. As with moves, things don't always go according to plan, and we arrived right as the office was supposed to close. Rob took care of us, our crew was speedy, and the units were clean, easily accessible, and very secure. Highly recommend.
Rob is genuinely the goat fr. I accidentally mixed up the closing time and thought they closed at 7 when they actually closed at 6. Even though I was waiting for my friends to arrive past 6, he was patient and kind enough to stay open long enough until they arrived. Very accommodating and friendly.
It was a very pleasant warm welcome invitation in an unfortunate situation I appreciate the understanding and respect I received thanks so much . Customer service was A1
