I had used this company in the past and he was very good. Don't know what's happened gone from an A+ to F minus. Made some rookie mistakes at my house including but not limited to not following verbal and written directions that we went over face to face which lead to big mistakes including painting without a drop cloth and getting a big spot probably a foot by foot of paint on my bedroom carpet that I came home from work too. I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I turned to the Better Business Bureau to find someone they thought was reputable and who had a great rating. That's when I found Patriot Roofing & Remodeling. In addition to some work I needed done on my roof, Patriot has remodeled two rooms for me, including new floors, reconfiguring closets, painting, etc. as well as some painting and flooring repair in a bathroom. Mr. Heflin has helped us multiple times over the past four years. Our gutters were damaged in a storm and he was able to quickly get them fixed at a reasonable rate. We have since used him for helping us fix roof leaks around our flashing, to clear clogged down spots and now have him come out twice a year to clean gutters. He is honest and trustworthy. Is top notch for roofing, siding, decking and general home repairs. Gives free estimates even. They do excellent work! Tom paid me to write this review...he did NO work for me!
Completely reckless. Two company vehicles were racing down 495 & 95, tailgating and cutting off multiple drivers. I watched one of them drive on the shoulder to just barely cut off a school bus. If they treat their work the same way, I guarantee you’ll pay too much for poor quality work. It’s contractors like this that give all of us builders a bad reputation. Be better.
