Keir came out to inspect our roof and siding for hail damage, and we were blown away by his professionalism and knowledge. He communicated clearly and transparently, walking us through what the entire process would look like from start to finish. Chris was great to work with throughout the process of getting our new roof. From the beginning stages of which shingles to pick, to the working stage, keeping us posted on when people would be here to work, and the time frame on when everything was finished. I had Chris come over to inspect the roof. He did a thorough inspection and and explained clearly that the roof had no damage, but the ceiling stain was due to a bathroom vent. He further explained how that would be fixed. Working on those options provided and will get back to him if it requires Patriot roofing to work on the issue.
