Isaac was forthcoming and open about everything and very help with choosing what colors and types. JD was again open and transparent as to what was going to happen. They set times and were actually there when they said. The installers were also very friendly and professional while installing. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. Everyone was very attentive in responding to emails and texts. We would HIGHLY recommend using Patriot for roofing needs.
Patriot Roofing’s bid was a significant savings compared to other bids received. I was very impressed with how effective their roofing system and workers performed. The work was completed in three days on my large and complicated roof and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them.

We ended up not using Patriot, but our experience with Jeff Gonzell, who did lots of research for us on metal roofing, was fantastic. We had a million questions, and Jeff literally spent weeks answering or researching to find answers for us. He went out of his way many, many times. Patriot was a close second for us (so close I’m hoping I won’t regret not going with them ). Anyway, I wanted to shout out kudos for Jeff representing Patriot. He is great to work with!!
I got several bids and decided to go with Patriot Roofing because Jeff helped me understand and feel comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for the actual construction part, the crew worked really fast and got my roof done in one day. They were nice guys. However, I think because they completed it in one day, the clean up wasn’t done very well.
