We ended up not using Patriot, but our experience with Jeff Gonzell, who did lots of research for us on metal roofing, was fantastic. We had a million questions, and Jeff literally spent weeks answering or researching to find answers for us. He went out of his way many, many times. Patriot was a close second for us (so close I’m hoping I won’t regret not going with them ). Anyway, I wanted to shout out kudos for Jeff representing Patriot. He is great to work with!!
I got several bids and decided to go with Patriot Roofing because Jeff helped me understand and feel comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for the actual construction part, the crew worked really fast and got my roof done in one day. They were nice guys. However, I think because they completed it in one day, the clean up wasn’t done very well. So far my experience with Patriot roofing has been absolutely amazing! Jeff has been absolutely on top of everything. When he came for our initial appointment he had a folder that had their license and roof options and a couple of other things and it was amazing. I don't feel like it was time out of his day I feel like he was truly interested in what was going on explain everything so I could understand it so far I absolutely 100% please thanks Jeff.
