Tried to get Patriot to come out and look at my daughters leaking roof which Patriot had replaced in 2019. After multiple attempts to contact them via email, text, and phone calls with one response they would call back to setup an appt which they never did. We finally had to call a different roofer to look at and repair the roof. Beware if you need follow-up work.

Caused a leak in my ceiling after new roof was added. While they did fix the leak immediately they refused (ignored me) when trying to get them to cover the interior ceiling damage caused by their mistake. This after this told me they would cover the cost! I bundled the cost with another repair job just to get them the cheapest repair rate since they had taken good care of me till then.

I have found my new roofers. Todd Garrett and Spencer Chism and their team did an excellent, clean, thorough job on replacing a metal roof after hail damage. I especially appreciated their attention to the home and caring for keeping areas clean. They took measures that I would not have even thought of asking for like placing plywood on the driveway where trucks and equipment would be parked. Job well done guys. Thank you.

I am so happy to have found Patriot Roofing on the Better Business Bureau website. I selected Euroshield shingles, and I have the most durable and beautiful roof in my neighborhood. Customer service is outstanding, professional, and personalized. I spoke directly with the owners who were completely transparent and who answered my questions throughout the process as quickly as I asked them.
