Super nice. Quick response. Very respectful and understanding during a stressful time. Give a good upfront price. They have truly made a stressful panic moment so much easier. They get cleaned and do a through job so you shouldn’t see the mold or moisture reappearing.

I had a water loss come in that I wasn't able to get to quickly enough, and I referred it over to Patriot Restorations in Hiram. They were responsive, got out to the customer fast, and took great care of them. As a fellow restoration contractor, I don't hand off work to just anyone — it reflects on my company too. Called late on a Friday and they were able to make it to my house; treat, set up their equipment, gave my brother and I a run down of everything. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company, and I really cannot recommend them enough. I really do hope I never have to go through that whole experience ever again but I know who to call!
