Kevin Stepp is quite possibly the best realtor in the area. He was recommended to us by a neighbor – and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate market, and he made our house selling process as fast, stress free, and easy as possible.
I don’t even know why he is a broker. Who asked client What do u want very rudely. I hope, this is not a licensed broker because doesn’t even have a sense of how to talk to client. Google must have minus for this kind of people
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would NEVER trust them again. Drove over 4 hours to look at an advertised property at 2188 Mount Carmel Rd. Camden Tn. 38320. The pictures of the house was taken a long time ago. When we arrived at the property after passing the county landfill, that stunk, the house was burnt and listed as " This property has a house on it but believed to be inhabitable " HIS OWN WORDS. Kevin Stepp needs to stop lying and advertise the TRUTH and show the correct pictures of the property he list... read more
