Tom was an amazing realtor, not only he helped negotiate to get me a great deal but he made sure that the house we bought was in great shape. Consistent communication was his priority, even willing to help me move. I highly recommend utilizing patriot real estate to anyone who wants to move in to their dream home and get a great deal.
We really enjoyed working with Tom and his team! From beginning to end they took great care of us! We got under contract practically on day 1 on the market. And we got exactly what we wanted! Tom was a huge help and was always there willing to drop whatever he was doing and come help you. Everything from moving in furniture to putting fixing a broken shelf, Tom was always willing to step in and help. It made the entire process so easy and almost stress free! Super easy to give TomMcConnell 5 stars!! He was responsive, helpful and easy to work with in acquiring a new home. We live 3 hours from the new home, some logistics were challenging on our end. We needed some new flooring in the home and Tom limned all that up, timed it perfectly between closing and when we move in 3 days later.
