Wow! What in the world happened to pulling in and getting my oil changed paying the guys right there in the bay and then going about my day???You guys added at least 30 minutes to the process having to go to the service desk wait to be helped then they took my keys. After the oil change walking back to the service desk to process the paperwork to then walk to the cashiers desk. Come on. Also oil change and tire rotation was $95 she quoted me $145 now? $110 just for the oil. I feel bad because the guys doing the work are grea... read more
