Customer services is exceptionally poor, Michael dose not have the maturity and compassion for the poeple he works with.
I love my prosthesis and he cares about his patience and makes sure they are taking care of ty Michael.
I take care of a lady that needed afo and all it has been empty promise. In the end she paid 1500 yes 1500 for something that she couldn't even wear not even the color she wanted. I would give a -5 star if it had that rating. Not ones did Dallas try to make it right. I say run from this place.
Wife was fitted with ankle braces... Nothing like the old metal..
The lady at the window was very rude and tried to tell me what my insurance would ans wouldn't pay for without even asking me what insurance I have, very unhappy with the way I was treated
