Cassie and her team are absolutely fantastic.The only people in property management that you need to know. Very knowledgeable and dedicated people that really care. Wish more people in the industry were as professional as this company. I won't use anybody else in the valley to manage my properties.
We live in one of their properties. They charge for maintenance. What is the point of renting if they charge for maintenance? Rent elsewhere if you want things fixed for free when they are not working right.
This company demonstrates highly questionable practices, such as pressuring tenants to move in earlier by threatening to raise the rent while simultaneously accepting applications from other renters. I have been working with patriot property management for about six months. I have worked with property managers for years and I have to save these guys are amazing. Chloee is very organized , structured and on top of things they really care about their clients and their tenants.
So far they've been a great property manager with prompt responses and service to any question or issue. Special shout out to Jessica for making everything easy and getting any issues resolved right away.
