They are lying and deceitful. Every listing says “House” THEY ARE NOT HOUSES THEY ARE APARTMENTS AND THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS SO NOW I JUST HAVE TO REPORT ALL LISTINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUTHFUL. Zillow and Redfin are not happy and I’ve already been in communication to get this property group OFF THE APPS FOR LYING SO MANY TIMES. Over 50 listings that were deceitful so far. BEWARE of this management. It is highly impossible to get them to work on anything. I have lost all my earnest deposit with them. I have been ignorant of them and moved cross country and signed the lease. It is the basic responsibility of the management firm to give me the apartment in a clean and habitable condition. They gave me an apartment in such an uninhabitable condition that I could no longer live there and broke the lease within 24 hrs. Upon requesting, I have not got my earnest deposit back.
