Neal assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our home. Wonderful company to deal with. Great customer service and knowledge. The best in the business.
Will never answer you back. I called multiple times over the span of a month about a property we put an application on. Never answered our text, voicemails or phone calls. Bad communication on there end and doesn’t do anything in a timely manner. We were really interested in a house for rent but ended up renting with anyone company who answered us and our concerns about moving date.
We have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Patriot Property Management Company, specifically with Neal. Our experience has been constant with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. In 2022, we requested a different manager due to ongoing issues, including delayed responses and failure to upload inspection pictures in a timely manner. Nichol Pickerill has been a huge help. Even though communication with other agents and the property manager left my love and I confused and wondering when we could start our lease, Ms. pickerill has surely made things a lot more swift and calm. Thank you. Edit: Patriot Property are SLUMLORDS!!!!!!! Do not rent here unless you absolutely have no where else to go!!!! They dragged us through countless court hearings that were denied!
