We have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Patriot Property Management Company, specifically with Neal. Our experience has been constant with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. In 2022, we requested a different manager due to ongoing issues, including delayed responses and failure to upload inspection pictures in a timely manner. Even though communication with other agents and the property manager left my love and I confused and wondering when we could start our lease, Ms. pickerill has surely made things a lot more swift and calm. I have moved around in several states and have genuinely never had a better experience with an apartment. Neal Wilson helped me find an affordable place in a nice area of town and was very attentive and quick to respond the entire time I was a resident. If I ever move back to Virginia I will definitely only be contacting this company!
