ROACHES!!!!!! They have roaches in the building that i lived in (1706 Onsgard rd), they did not tell me before i moved in. They made a rather halfhearted attempt to get rid of them once i told, them needless to say that did nothing. I had to spend way more than i would have liked to too move out without the roaches coming with me, along with having to throw out many pieces of furniture that i loved. I had no issues with the place I was at. And for the price it was great! The management was responsive to any questions that I had and maintenance arrived and completed requests in a timely manner. When my fridge was not working properly, the replaced it with what felt like an entirely new fridge! Ended up being one of the best refrigerators I’ve had.
