If any company deserves the name patriot, it’s NOT this one. You’d think they’d have empathy for tenants let alone an employee. We reached out on April 4th of this year about our door leaking, they said they would take a look and then nothing. In May, the kitchen flooded from the front door. After waiting 5 hours, maintenance finally showed up and then promised sand bags. We didn’t get the sand bags for a couple days, and soon after quickcrete was poured in the rain. A lot of these “Good” reviews are from people who don’t rent from them? A friend of mine used to work here. If they treat their tenants anything like their workers, big red flag. I normally don’t leave reviews on anything but I’m moving out of my parents house soon and as a first time renter I worry about where I’m going to be renting from now cause of what my friend said.

I was working when my new key was dropped off. I have a cat and she's not a fan of strangers. The tech went out of their way to make sure she didn't get out. I greatly appreciate that.
