Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Going into this place I had high hopes but understood that it wasn’t going to be top of the line. After living here for 3 weeks, I had enough. The unit was filthy when I got it. There was still water in the dish washer. The dryer and stove did not work properly. The furnace went out five times in those three weeks and I did not have heat for the last week I was there. Robert is the best landlord I've ever had, if you don't like him it's because you are soft... he's old fashioned, get over it. The complex itself is nice, clean and he always takes care of problems fast...
The townhouse was great . He did give us an honest chance when we needed it which we appreciated. Our neighbors Steve and Dave were great . We wanted to renew and make this place our address for atleast another year. We were not renewed never given a reason. We always paid our rent on time . Always followed the rules . Not sure the problem . As a women dealing with this landlord was difficult he treated me like a second class citizen. I do not wish him ill will I hope he never gets treated the way he makes people feel.
This is a group of townhouses owned by different landlords. Very quiet, nice grounds. First place I've lived were I get along with all my neighbors. Landlord is very prompt on getting things fixed.
Nice neighborhood area and they keep up on everything.
