After diagnosing our shower handle leaking problem with just a short video and some pictures, Nick was able to diagnose the problem, pick up needed replacement parts and then scheduled a timely appointment with us. Respectfully covered his work shoes when entering our home, protected the work area, timely and efficiently completed the work needed at the exact quote he provided to us. Highly recommended! Mike Z
