I called on a few different occasions and left voice-mail messages and NEVER received a returned phone call. That's REMARKABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I truly was quite disappointed because I know the owner (at least I presume the individual still owns this business) from way back in the day. Needless to say, if a company isn't concerned about returning phone calls, they are NOT concerned about losing business, present nor future! Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They installed a dishwasher and failed to check if it was working properly before leaving. I called for days and left voicemails with no response. Finally, I received a call back several days later and was told someone would be there to fix the problem. No one showed up or called. Two days later I received a call again saying someone would be there that day or the next to fix the issue. Again, no one arrived or called.
