Very nice apartments very clean with refrigerated air for hot summer days. Washer and dryer connections is a plus. And so much closet space!

This being my first apartment I can’t complain the inside is very beautiful my neighbors are really nice to us but the only thing I can say is I wish it was gated from the front to the back to the side. But other than that patriot place is mine and my little family’s first home and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The management is nice very understanding people may say there’s to many rules or management is rude but I’ve been here since these apartments opened up I’ve never had an issue as long as your a good tenant you sh... read more

Tengo viviendo ahí aproximadamente un año.. nunca ha habido ningún problema siempre están al pendiente tanto la Gerente como el de manténimiento. La propiedad está nueva y la mantienen en excelentes condiciones.. los apartamentos están muy bonitos y amplios. Doy gracias a la Gerencia por la oportunidad y por toda la ayuda que me dieron. Estoy muy agusto aqui!! Espero los residentes sepan valorar y cuidar esta hermosa propiedad.

Beautifully kept apartments, and the manager is extremely helpful and friendly I love being able to have this place for me and my children! Maintenance man is very helpful as well!
