I have requested a termite letter on a property that this company has been paid to keep a termite bond on at least 4 separate times. Each time being told that it would be sent. Not once did anyone send this letter to me or respond when they said they would. This is the most basic of requests for a pest control company. Spoke with a man and a woman both on the phone today and neither of them apologized once.
