Several years after hiring this company, I am still painstakingly trying to pay to have their work fixed. A list of the unfinished work was created and even though they acknowledged it and said they would come back and finish, they never did. I had a new front door installed, new flooring in the entire main floor, a new ceiling in the family room, and the main area painted. And every single job had to be fixed.

Contract stated remove old caulking, prep area and apply new caulking. Matt did not do the work of removing old caulking around 7 of my windows. He simply applied a wide ribbon of caulking over the old caulking. I will have to have all the windows redone in the spring. 😧
