After paying him 4200.00 and it not working, he did not return phone calls or even respond to the better business bureau. I had to get another company to fix and complete job (kudos to IT Landis). Filed a civil law suit against Patriot and won. P.S. They left my house absolutely filthy and even damaged my floors.
