Patriot Management didn't pay the bills for building electricity and power supply- among other bills not paid. Now the building cannot get an audited financial report. This means that tenants cannot buy/sell properties because banks cannot loan to buildings without audited statements. My personal interactions with Patriot has been negligent at best, at worst it was willful unwillingness to do any simple tasks. This company mismanaged the condo's finances and lacked accountability in reporting monthly financials. Promises not kept.
This is the worst management company ever! I have been complaining about my hot water not working properly since October 15 and no one has came to check it out. I have also made complaints about my oven not working, my kitchen sink leaking, and many other things. Every time I call they say someone will call me back and I do not get a call back. Today my girlfriend called to make a complaint and the rep was very rude and hung up the phone on her. Now no one from this management company will take out phone calls
